  Humanities Pic of the Month

Prime Time Family Reading Time program at the Highland Township Public LibraryThis month we feature the PRIME TIME Family Reading Time® program at the Highland Township Public Library. Parents and children share discussion on a children’s book read aloud that night, featuring humanities themes.

Prime Time® is a six-week literacy program for families with young children, ages 6 to 12. Up to three books are read each session, followed by discussion between adults and children on the subject matter of the books.

Each month, MI Stories will be featuring a picture of humanities in action. If you would like to see your photo featured, send a GREAT picture(s) of humanities in action with a brief caption and consent to publish, indicated in writing, to mistories@mihumanities.org. This is a great opportunity for Council grantees to document their project and share its impact with a broad audience!
