Oral Histories of Iranian-Americans in Michigan
$24,830 • Dearborn
The aim of the this project was to video-record, archive and make available digitally oral history interviews with Iranian-Americans who reside in Michigan or for whom Michigan was an essential part of their life experience. The grant supported two essential activities: initiating the oral history project and educating the local Iranian-American community and general public about how the history of Iranian-Americans in our state connects with story of Iranian-Americans and the Iranian Diaspora around the world.
