SUMMARY:ASL with Open Spot Theatre
DESCRIPTION:Open Spot Theatre Company to present a four-week ASL and theatre series starting in May. These weekly workshops include ASL\, theatre-style games\, acting\, dancing\, and singing. All ages are encouraged to sign up for all four weeks to learn ASL and about the pillars of theatre. Open Spot Theatre Workshops are accessible to all and taught by professionals trained in theatre\, sign language\, and special education. \nFunding for this program was provided by Michigan Humanities –Arts and Humanities Touring Grant.
