Terms of Participation:

My organization agrees to participate in the 2017-18 Great Michigan Read (GMR.) By submitting this form, I agree that the Michigan Humanities (MH) will include my organization in the public list of program partners and events calendar. My organization agrees to provide MH with information for events/programs planned, cost to implement, program evaluations, numbers served, and acknowledgment of all supporters of GMR. In return, MH will provide supporting program materials at no cost (MH reserves the right to limit quantities as necessary).
