Tumbao Bravo!

The 2005 Detroit Music Awards winner performs exciting, authentic Cuban polyrhythms (mambos, cha cha chas, rhumbas) with rich jazz harmonies. This colorful ensemble includes congas, timbales, bongos, piano, bass, sax, flute, piccolo, and trumpet. Be prepared to dance in your seats to their lively, friendly presentation of mostly original compositions. Their debut CD, Montuno Salad, was aired nationally and featured on many top Latin-jazz radio programs. They are very entertaining and musically rewarding.
