T. K. Kelly walks the fine line between traditional music and disturbing the peace. He is a street performer who travels with guitar, banjo, fiddle, bells, and whistles. Raised in Chicago, he moved to Big Rapids in the mid 1960s where his musical multitasking has taken its many forms. A long time member of the Humanities Council of West Central Michigan, the Mecosta County Council for the Arts, and recently named in the Official Royal Registry of American Blokes, he performs at nursing homes, schools, libraries, art galleries, meal sites, parking lots, weddings, wakes, and formal balls.
