People Dancing

People Dancing performs professional modern dance in full company, small ensemble, and chamber dance formats. The chamber format is appropriate for studio showings while full company provides a visual and kinesthetic feast better suited to the theater. The company’s style is fresh and eclectic, lauded as a “winning fusion” (Ann Arbor News, 2002). Versatile dancers who possess “an ethereal beauty” (Heritage Papers, 2005) present an accessible repertoire which combines musicality, intriguing movement, captivating partnering, polish, and wit.
