Eisenhower Dance Ensemble

“Excellent” (LA Times), “funny and touching” (New York Times), and “a blend of virtuosity and sly humor” (Dance Magazine). Eisenhower Dance Ensemble (EDE), Michigan’s premier contemporary dance company, has dazzled audiences nationally and internationally for more than 15 years. Founded by artistic director Laurie Eisenhower, 2003 ArtServe Michigan Governor’s Award winner, EDE boasts a versatile repertoire expressing a diverse range of artistic viewpoints from virtuosic movement pieces to innovative hilarity and soulful introspection. EDE also offers “Kids ’n Motion,” an exciting and engaging school assembly program and 1–6 week residency projects.
