Biohistory International of Huntington Woods has been awarded a $3,000 General Humanities Grant for a “Booklet of 17th Regiment of Michigan.” Biohistory International will research and print a booklet to enhance public knowledge of the 17th muster of the Civil War for the Civil War Ball to be held December 6, 2003, and Civil War Day observed August 2004.
