The Capital Area Literacy Coalition will receive a $1,500 General Humanities grant to implement an after-school program to at-risk children, "Family School Parnership-Virtues," that would integrate the PBS video series Adventures from the Book of Virtues with art projects, children's literature and child-oriented, ethics-based discussions.
