Directions

Take I-496 to downtown Lansing. Turn onto the Pennsylvania Ave. exit, and drive to the bottom of the hill. Turn north onto Pennsylvania Ave. Drive north on Pennsylvania Ave. to the second stoplight (first stoplight is Kalamazoo, second stoplight is Michigan Ave.). Turn left (west) onto Michigan Ave. Cross the railroad tracks. You will see Clara’s Restaurant (old train depot) on the right. Turn onto Pere Marquette Rd., the road immediately following the parking lot to Clara’s Restaurant. Michigan Humanities Council offices are on the third floor, directly across from Clara’s Restaurant. Long-term metered parking is available on Pere Marquette Rd.
