The Great Michigan Read online survey or hard copy (PDF) is available for all program participants and event attendees. Print surveys can be returned to:

Acknowledging Michigan Humanities Partnership

As noted in the Great Michigan Read Partner Guide, all program partners are asked to use this partnership and sponsor statement on any printed, electronic, or broadcast materials referencing Great Michigan Read or a Great Michigan Read event:

“The 2023–24 Great Michigan Read is presented by Michigan Humanities and supported by national, statewide, and local partners, including the National Endowment for the Humanities, The Meijer Foundation, Library of Michigan, Image Creative Group, BiblioBoard, and Michigan Radio Reads.”

Logo Usage

Program partners are asked to use the current Michigan Humanities, Great Michigan Read, and National Endowment for the Humanities logos on any printed, electronic, or broadcast materials referencing Great Michigan Read or a Great Michigan Read event. The new (updated in 2022) Great Michigan Read logo is below; all other up-to-date logos are available for download here; please check to be sure you are using the most recent version.

Sharing Great Michigan Read Events

The Michigan Humanities website now has an online calendar! Hosting a Great Michigan Read event in your community? Share your event updates to Katie Wittenauer via email.

Publicizing your Great Michigan Read event on social media? We are happy to share events and encourage partners to tag Michigan Humanities, and to use #MIHumanities and #GreatMichiganRead on social media to connect with us online.
